• preferential hiring rate for regular hirers over occasional hirers. Feedback?. Breakdown of monthly payment made by regular users.

• Hiring of hall for wedding in August – discussion on alteration of regular hirer days and length of hire period.  Query over use of playing field.  Views of committee on this kind of hire and rates.

• Date for AGM and any proposed changes to committee.

• Resignation of Gordon as Accounts Examiner – new Accounts Examiner proposal.  Handover to be discussed.

 JB beginning work on a Welcome pack for new residents.

Cook Book. Launch to be finalised – final date and event – volunteers required.  Discussion on print costs and quantity required.

Wing Social Event 27 January. Sarah O has it in hand.  Games and simple social get-together.  Flyers to be handed out.

Spring Fair. In hand.  20 March 11 – 4.  Sarah O Boyle has good quality stall holders attending.  Prizes will be required for draw.  Bake off.  Publicity to be discussed.

Celebration of  Queens 90 Birthday. May 14/15 weekend is the one that Windsor Park is using to celebrate.  Discuss dates and options for event.

Sunday Teas: will we be doing these; if so, rota needs to be decided.
