Just to cheer you up for the holiday season. Climate change is real according to an independent scientific group https://climatecentral.org/what-we-do . If we do NOTHING this is what the coastline will look like in 30 years. The red bits will be the North Sea.

This is a free event but donations are welcome to contribute towards the cost. There will also be a raffle (£1 a ticket).
Please add your name to the list in the village hall (together with food choices) or let Lynne Bywater (Lyn225@hotmail.co.uk) or Judith Oakley (quilt9@gmail.com) know that you would like to attend by November 30th.

A gentle 2-5 mile walk starting from Wing Village Hall followed by butties and mulled wine
Led by Paul Kitson (of “walks 100 miles at a time”, Kitson)
We’ll be returning to the Village Hall at the end of the walk for bacon butties (egg for veggies), coffee, tea and beer/mulled wine. For those that prefer not to walk you will be very welcome at the Hall to join in afterwards and indeed to volunteer to help with food and drinks. Vouchers for a butty and drink £5per person (£2.50 for under 18’s).
Vouchers should be purchased in advance for food and drink so that we can gauge numbers from Lynne (lyn225@hotmail.co.uk) or Helen (cullens135@gmail.com). Volunteers please also contact Lynne or Helen.
Do bring your dogs on the walk but please note that dogs are not permitted in the Village Hall unless they are Assistance Dogs.
