Wing Parish Council 2nd Election


As in election of Parish Councillors for the Parish of Wing one of the candidates, Lyndon Curley, failed to return his signed application by the prescribed date, his original election was declared invalid.

This left an unfilled position on the Parish Council. Under local government rules if more than 10 electors put their wishes in writing to the Returning Officer then a second election has to be held.

This time there was a new candidate, Susannah Fish, who stood against Lyndon Curley . The election was held on Thursday 12 September 2019.

The result was as follows:
