Midsummer Lunch Sunday 25th June


At the generous invitation and sponsorship of Francesca Kendall and Paul Speed

everyone is invited to a

Midsummer Lunch

in aid of Church funds,
to be held in the marquee at

The Stone House, Reeves Lane

on Sunday 25th June

from 12.30pm

There will be a glass of Pimms on arrival, a hog roast (vegetarian option available), and salads
followed by strawberries and meringues.

Wine, beer, lager will be available with donations gratefully received
Tickets £20 per person, £10 for under 10’s

Wing Village Coronation Celebrations


Saturday 6 May 2023 at Wing Village Hall

9-11 Breakfast

Breakfast Baps (bacon/sausage/vegan) £5 with coffees and teas and toast
Small hall & main hall.

10.00 onwards

TV coverage of the coronation in main hall

12-3 Lunch

Grazing platters – cheese-cold meats-vegetarian available to pre-order.
£8 per person or £15.00 for 2 people sharing with cakes and teas/coffee
Small hall & main hall

Afternoon activities for children in marquee

7pm until late

BBQ, music and dancing – marquee and main hall.

Bring your own food & drink with a limited selection of burgers/sausages and salads and desserts to pre-order.

£8 for a burger/sausage, bread and salads.

There will be wines, beer and soft drinks available to buy on the evening.

It would help the organisers if you could preorder for lunch and/or dinner. Please email Sally Cox on mrssallycox@hotmail.com or drop your order in to The Old Hall, Wing (Ietterbox at 1 Middle Street).

Payment for preorders can be by cheque to Wing Village Hall or in cash.

Volunteers to set up Friday night (marquee and hall) at 5.30 pm in hall car park, Saturday to help serve and clear breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cake makers/salad/dessert makers all offerswill be well received.
