Dear Neighbour

We hope you and your loved ones remain safe and well as the pandemic continues.  You may remember, in line with national and Rutland wide directives, we stood down our support in August.  We also offered reassurance to you that we would remain ready to resume our support should restrictions be re-introduced: be assured we are here to support and help wherever it is required.

 The lockdown rules differ from last time.  We are advised by Rutland County Council that the centrally coordinated Community Medicine Collection Scheme will not be re-introduced.  However, please know that if you are in particular need for your prescriptions, we will be happy to help.

Some good news is that we anticipate the Post Office will still operate out of the Village Hall during the lockdown period every Tuesday, 2-4pm, and that the North Luffenham tip will continue to operate Tuesday to Sunday.

Many of us have adapted to these strange times, but know that may not be the case for some of our community and so please don’t hesitate to contact us.
