In 2022 help an older person or a person with a disability, to remain safer in their home.

Since 2019 Able Community Care, a Norfolk, nationwide, Live-in Care Provider, has been offering older people and people with a disability, a free door sticker to deter unwanted callers.

It is a fact that older and vulnerable people are targeted by fraudulent traders, workmen and fake ‘professional’ people such as conmen advising they are from the Water Board, Local Council, BT, Gas Board, NHS Covid Dept., etc.

As many people have told us, this sticker on a door does mean they walk back down the path.

To date we have given out nearly 80,000 door stickers and if you know of an older person who would like to have one, please email us at info@ablecommunitycare.com telling us how many you would like and the address to send them to.

We are happy for you to share this offer on your Facebook page or in your local magazine/newsletter.

Spring Summer Fashion Show

Thank you to everyone who came along (and also encouraged their friends & family) to the inaugural Wing Fashion Show last Thursday.

We had a sold-out show and a huge amount of fun.

I’m delighted to share that we raised £1000 from ticket sales, raffle and a kind donation from Amy at Susu.

Thanks also to our wonderful models, Jillie, Tessa and Gemma, expert dresser Jeffy and Sally Cox for all her support.
