It is with deep regret that I have to announce that Janet, while enjoying a much anticipated holiday in Majorca with some family members, suffered a severe stroke and subsequently died.
Janet Mary RIDLEY (née Medwell) Of Wing and previously of Stoke Albany, died suddenly on 28th June 2018 aged 83 years. Much loved widow of George, mother of the late Jane and Diana and sister to Michael, Linda and Christine. The funeral will be held at Wing Parish Church on Thursday 26th July at 2.00pm.
Our thoughts are with her loved ones and her many friends at this sad time. All of us who knew her will miss her. She overcame so many tragedies in her life, losing both her daughters and her husband before her death.

Accommodation needed in August
Stewart Hamblin, our local, much-admired, Feldenkrais teacher and Michelle Krohn Turner, the child movement specialist from Phoenix, AZ, are running an international course for disabled children in Wing Village Hall from 19th to 25th of August but one of the participants has not yet found suitable accommodation. I am going to participate in a course at the Wing Village Hall from the 19-25.08.2018 and I am searching for an accommodation to rent within walking distance from the Hall.I appreciated if you could advice me about an accommodation or publish my message to someone interested in renting a room or place. New Exhibition of Mary Rodgers

New Exhibition of Mary Rodgers will commence on Monday 9th July and be on until Saturday 11th August. There will be a preview of her work on Saturday 28th July, 5-7pm, to which all are welcome to come and meet the artist and share a drink.
